First Time I used it was for a 10 day vacation. Worked perfectly and when there was some rain on the scheduled day it did not run. Very happy with product so far. Interested to see how long the battery lasts….

Setup required more effort than optimal ( multiple setup failures and required router reboot) but otherwise quite pleased .. has the same flexibility and reliability of the sprinkler controller.. overall recommended..

Smart hose timer

Works as expected but not integrated into the sprinkler controller as I thought it would be. Instead these are stand alone units that have to be individually programmed. Would give a much higher rating if this were fully integrated.

I have been using the new Smart Hose Timer for 2 weeks now and it has worked great! I like that it fits right into my Rachio App and works as expected. I use this to water my raised garden.

Would be better with notifications

Works great and very reliable but the lack of notifications for starts and stops and the inability to create schedules is disappointing. I want my Smart Hose Timer to complement my Rachio in ground irrigation or at least have the same capabilities.

It just works

I’ve tried b-have and MELNOR controllers and none of them work on wireless like Rachio controllers. This hose controller was too easy to set up and configure. And it works great skipping watering when raining.
