We installed the Rachio system over five years ago and I can tell you we have saved thousands of dollars. I strongly encourage everyone install the Rachio controller, the app makes it so easy to adjust and monitor watering program.

Works every time. I have had the same issue with the dock power supply where you have to wiggle it just right to get the connection to work. But it’s easy to set up and runs every time it should

Super easy to install. Controls my drip line with ease and I really like that it’s all within the Rachio app. Only “complaint” would be its size, but I assume it’s got a lot going on in there, so I won’t knock a star off for that. Just make sure if your hose bib is lower to the ground you have enough clearance for it or get a faucet splitter that angles it out.

App valve needs work

I’ve been a long time user and in fact have recommended your timer numerous times, probably sold a half dozen. Valves were not intuitive to integrate into app. Literally could not find valves on appt without 2 calls for help. Still haven’t been able to program them to run consecutively.
