I shouldn't be surprised since I have been using my Rachio irrigation controller for years with no issues. I needed to add irrigation to my Palms in my back yard and the new Rachio made it happen. Thank you Rachio!

Faulty hub - power failure

The power plug to the Hub isn’t secure enough causing the hub to lose power regularly, meaning I have very little confidence it’s communicating with the device. Pressure needs to be placed on the power cord for the connection to power the hub.

Power Cable Doesn't Fit

The power cord did not fit into the receptacle. A replacement had the save issue. I had to remove the case and drill the hole larger.

Great Product, needs a bit more flexibility

The automation and water management is a very nice feature. Especially decreasing or turning off the water when rain is forecasted. But, I believe there should be an ability to "easily" increase (or decrease) the amount of water as required by my plants and individual situation. For example, increase the water by 120% is plants are struggling dus to a lack of water.
