I'm a contractor - so giving our clients options on a FAUCET timer verse an actual sprinkler system install was a great option. We have used Orbit and Raibird Timers in the past, but the Rachio BY FAR....is hands down the EASIEST faucet system we have ever installed.

Great product, hard to get connected

Or I would have given it five stars. Our garden is about 200’ from the WiFi modem, which is probably why I had some difficulties. Once connected it works great.

Smart Hose Timer

I have the master controller for my yard system and it is great. Purchased 4 smart hose timers to integrate and I’m returning as attempting to get them launched has been challenging at best. Very disappointed

Simple Water Timer

I love Rachio and their sprinkler system controllers so I bought the water hose timer thinking it could do similar smart watering of my plants based on the soil conditions, how much light it gets, weather, etc. but these Water Hose timers leave a bit desired. They just turn on when you schedule them and turn off if the weather says it’s rains. That’s it. No additional configurations. I’m waiting for the software update!

Not water tight

After a couple of months outside the device stopped working due to water getting into the device and ruining the batteries. A very expensive device to be so poorly made.
