Purchased lock 2 years when the lock stopped working was informed by support that it was the motor and were offered a 20% discount to replace. The batteries lasted longer than the lock . We will be replacing with a kwik set or Schlage. I would of given 0 stars if available.

Bricked after 3 years

This product bricked itself 3 years post-install. All the electronics failed. The warranty lasted 2-years, so I was forced to purchase a replacement.
Very poor customer service
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
