I purchased my unit in 2018, well this morning the head exploded. I called in and they are replacing it! Have and will continue to get my business.

maybe if there were instructions included in the box, my experience would have been better.
guess I am supposed to know all about this item without any more info that the pictures on the box.
the only way to get instructions is to pay for a downloadable pdf!

1st Time buying non gas powered, seems good.

So far, so good. Used by my fiancé and his 14 yr old son with no issues. He was hesitant about using something that was not gas powered, but so far it seems like a pretty good product. They both really like it.

I needed a lightweight trimmer to spruce up my yard. I liked how light it was, I liked not having to mix gas/oil and I like that there isn’t much maintenance aside from charging the battery. I wish there was a bit more power but, for the price—it’s a deal.

Poor battery life

I bought this 2 weeks ago, very unhappy with 20v battery output! Runs 20 minutes takes hours to charge! Have 2 use it everyday to get job done! Not a big area either! Very light weight! Great lady tool!

Like the weight of the trimmer and that I can adjust length. But really disappointed in such short battery life. Can u replace 20V with 40 for better length of use?

The battery only lasted 15 minutes after a full charge. That was very disappointing. It is light weight and easy to handle.
