This trimmer is perfect for my 1/3 acre and it does the job nicely. It's more reliable than my hard to start bigger gas trimmers. It will run about 15-20 minutes on a charge and can be recharged relatively quickly should you need to continue. Satisfied with the puchase.

At 84 years young I started having balance problems which made my Black and Decker corded weed eater difficult for me to use. My wife used it, but complained about the cord and the weight. I bought this lithium battery powered weed eater and we both love it. The charge on the battery lasts plenty long for our needs and the weight is perfect for both of us.

Bought yesterday. Doesn't work today. Works for a min then dies over and over until it wont even come on at all. Can't even cut a foot of grass. EXTREMELY UPSET I WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS JUNK. BUYERS BEWARE.

Auto feed doesn’t work. Battery life is disappointing. Weak motor. A huge mistake.

Easy to handle BUT POOR BATTERY LIFE

I purchased mine a couple of weeks ago and thought that when I first used it that I simply didn’t charge the battery long enough but then the second go round, I charged it fully and the battery still only lasted me about 15ish minutes. I’m not happy at all as it certainly makes yardwork much more laborious than it already is.

First trimmer, first time using one, first time trying to do some basic gardening.
It's rain season. Grass grows like mad. Figured out it'll be cheaper in the midterm to buy one than to keep paying the cluster's gardener to do it each 8-10 days. And of course, quarantine. Read every single review here before and considered very seriously every comment about the battery life. Thanks to all the previous reviewers, specially those that gave measures or comparative parameters, you were really helpful.
My patch of grass is about 340 sq feet and it was real high so it took three battery charges to do leave it like I wanted. Learned A LOT about technique. It looks sooo easy when the guy that's been doing it for a living the last ten years does it... LOL. Three days later and my arms are still kinda shaky.
I find the battery life very bearable according to my needs and it charges relatively fast (a little below three and a half hours). I'm confident that now that the grass is short and as I'm getting better at it, keeping it that way will take a single battery charge every five or six days. Overall, I think it's been great for a lot of first times in my experience.

So far it works really well! It lost a bit of power when battery isn't fully charged, but since i have 2 others battery (with my drill), it is not an issue at all.
