I think it is great because it I clear so I can see the blue on my phone. The only downside is the area around the camera is barely raised so it doesn’t have as much protection as the raised area around the touchscreen. And the wireless charging is a little finicky. It other than that it is great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Turning colors and cracking

Just got this case less than six months ago. While I do love the case the rubber sides have turned yellow and the bottom is cracked on both sides. It has definitely protected my phone though. If you don’t care about it turning colors it’s a good case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Description wasn’t closed to what I thought I bought. Advertised as a MagSafe IPhone 12 Pro and it definitely didn’t function as a MagSafe case. Overpaid and it took way too long to arrive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our apologies for the confusion prior to purchase. Although the Symmetry Series Clear Case for iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro has been tested and confirmed compatible with Qi wireless technology (including on the MagSafe charger), it wasn't specifically engineered to allow a fully magnetic seal to occur between the inner components of the device and any MagSafe accessory.
That said, we do make several cases that fully support Apple's MagSafe technology, and we'll be happy to help set up a return of the one you currently have so you can land on something else you'd be happier with. Just give us a call at 1-855-688-7269 and we'll get right on the case!
I received my new otter box and shockingly my back of my phone cracked when it dropped. I have dropped my old hind hundreds of times and this is the first time it cracked.

We're very sorry to hear about your damaged device. Our Symmetry Series cases are protective, but some variables can't be predicted. We're happy to send a new OtterBox case under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. Case has been very dependable with my iphone. I like that it is lite and not too bulky.

Horrible phonecase

My phone shattered when I dropped it from 3 feet high in this case, it’s completely scratched at the black because of whatever weird material they used and it got yellow within weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While we design our cases to minimize the risk of damage, there are variables that can influence the outcome of any drop or fall that we're unable to prevent. As far as that yellowing goes, there are actually a few factors that can potentially cause something like this, but our Otter engineers work hard to keep such cosmetic complications at bay. We can't extend our warranty to the device, as we aren't the manufacturer. We'd be more than happy to help with a brand new case though. Eh, it’s good until it isn’t

I loved it until it turned brown and stretched out. I cannot even get it to fit my phone correctly anymore because both sides are stretched out and it won’t fit snug anymore. It’s also brown around the rubber part and I’ve soaked it in hot water and soap and scrubbed but nothing is cleaning this thing.
