Love the case but sides turn brown

Love Otterbox but the sides of this clear case turned brown within 3 months. Great customer service though, just ordered a free replacement in a new colour.

Disappointed

Case took weeks to ship and when it came it was scratched. Gets scratched on the back very easily and became yellow tinted quickly.

My wife and I bought our 16 year old son a new iPhone 12. Knowing his history with electronic devices, I insisted he put the new phone in an Otter Box. Sure enough, within about a week, the phone took a swim in an unpleasant place and survived as a result of being in the Otter Box!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the money

I bought this back in December and the case only looked good for the first month. After about a month it began to yellow despite cleaning it every few days, and had visible scratches all over. I’m not rough with my phone whatsoever and I haven’t dropped it once. It says it comes with a lifetime warranty but who wants an ugly case for that long ☹️

Does not live up to the standard

I’ve had this case for over a year now and I dropped it only once right when i first got it and it didn’t protect my phone at all on the back. The back was completely smashed. I finally got the phone fixed and I just dropped it since getting it fixed, instantly the back was cracked again! My fault for not learning the first time :( Also the colour fades. Overall would not get this case again

Warped and discolored after a while

I purchased this case and notices that it started turning brown and warping at the edges so I used my warranty to get a replacement (thinking it was a bad batch I purchased from). 1 year later and the case is brown and warped again. The case was great for a few months. I wish it stayed that way. Faulty product.

The rubber gets gross looking
