Bought a iPhone 12 case that was bent because it was handled bad in shipping

It has a hard plastic case that slides easily. I through it away.

Impossible to remove

I bought the otter symmetry case to protect my new 12 pro max until my custom case arrived. It was hard to put on, Now I need to remove it and its impossible. Had I known that otter is for life, I never would have purchased it. Worst case ever.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse!
