I have only ever used Otterbox, for the last almost 10 years. Unfortunately, this product is not one of my favorites, due to this product not being a clear case. The color of the iPhone is why I chose clear, so that is why I am posting this as a disappointment. It is more of a silver case than clear. You can see in the photo the metallic blue around the camera piece is not very clear to view at all, in this case. Also, it is not farfetched to envision that the plastic piece above the adapter insert will break, eventually. I am grateful for the guarantee though.

Beware! This case made me extremely nervous. I have never had to push so hard on an iPhone screen to force it to fit into a case like I did with this one. It should not be this difficult to put a case on/take it off. Returning for a refund.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! Was not happy with this case at all. Felt like a jelly type material and was non transparent. I ended up buying another case from my carrier.

It’s like the others. A solid case that I trust to protect my phone. With increased competition in the case market though otterbox really should think about it’s high prices. You really don’t feel like you are getting a good value for money at all with this case.

The case already had 3 major scratches/imperfections when I pulled it out the box new. You need to improve your quality standards. Very disappointed in Otter!!!

The case protects but you can’t double or single click on the side to activate Apple Pay with case on. Also arrived with a small scratch on back and although the envelope was sealed and hadn’t been opened, the package inside was open, looked to me like I was sent a case that had been returned. frankly I’d return this one, especially bc it adds to the weight of the phone.

Button problems

I am very disappointed with this case. The power button does not work properly. I have to press it as if my life depended on it to power off. And double clicking to download an app requires several attempts. I’ve been using this case for six months and I thought it would get better but so far it hasn’t. Sorry Otterbox. I like your cases and have no doubt they offer great protection but this one just isn’t right. My husband has an IPhone 11 Pro and his works like it’s supposed to.
