How am I supposed to rate a product that HASNT EVEN SHIPPED TO ME YET? It’s been 21 days and it’s still being “processed”. Otterbox, please get your logistics together before you send an email asking for a review.

The buttons were kinda hard to push and after a week or so, one of the buttons fall off and there wasn’t any warranty considering how much I paid for this.

I purchased this case for my iphone 11 and it fit with no problems, however, the same case for my new i phone 12 pro is so snug it's hard to put on and almost impossible to take off. Not sure why the issue.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse!
