I bought this in anticipation of new phone arriving. I have always had Otterbox protection around my phones and this one is no different. It’s very strong and will protect. It is also the most difficult one I’ve ever had. Has no flexibility to it at all, I had to heat is up with a hair dryer to even get it on.

I love the case a lot, it’s actually easy to get on and off and buttons are not stiff at all. My only complaints would be that 1. the back scratches easily (its not very noticeable so that’s being picky), and 2. the edges are not lifted enough. That is the biggest issue, as the lines around the camera and then around the phone screen aren’t far out enough to protect the camera/screen. I placed my phone down on a big rock yesterday for a little bit and realized i had to put it facedown or else the camera would get scratched, so I did, and it ended up scratching the heck out of the screen, thank god I had a screen protector on. Nonetheless, if the edges were lifted more, that wouldn’t have happened at all. Besides that, the case has protected my phone from a few falls and hasn’t had any cracks (even on screen protector) from me dropping it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Most reliable case ever

After leaving my phone in the clear symmetry case on top of the car and driving off without realizing in Bryce Canyon National Park, I was so worried that when I went back for it I would find it completely shattered. Instead, I was overjoyed when I picked it up still in it’s Otterbox without a scratch! The Otterbox case absorbed all of the impact and perfectly protected my phone! Otterbox really is the most reliable case ever; I will never trust my phone in anything else. Plus the look is beautiful!

It’s a fingerprint magnet. I cleaned it with a microfiber cloth and it scratched. It’s insanely hard to put on. Only reason I’m rating it higher is because I’ve had otterbox before and it protects my phone from daily use. They tend to turn yellow and fall apart sooner than they should for the price you pay, so I sold mine and got a cheaper Insignia case.

I’ve had my case on for less than a month and the back is so scratched/scuffed up. I have had previous otter boxes for years without this issue. This is my first clear case and I would not recommend it. Very sad that I spent the money and it already is getting wrecked. I should’ve read the reviews, I see this seems to be an issue with others also so must be a product issue.

Bought the case b/c I did not want a clear clear case but wanted something with a little color to it. So I am good with the case visually. However, the case has zero grip and super slippery which causes me to drop my phone all the time. This is why I gave it 3 stars.

When the case arrived, I saw that it curved forward slightly. The softer plastic around the front edges was contracted and the case did not lie flat on the table, it rocked a little. Getting the phone inside the case was very difficult because of this. The iPhone 12 has sharp edges that dug into my fingers as I tried to force the phone inside the case. I gave up three times before putting on vinyl gloves and persevering. A softer case would go on easier. The case fits fine now that it's on, but after one week I already see scratches. It's expensive considering these issues.

I have had this case for approximately 3 weeks for my iPhone 12 Pro. I like the slim profile but expected a case that was more translucent. I am disappointed with how easily the case scratches. I would recommend another case for the price.
