We also recommend the occasional case cleaning with warm water and mild soap to keep things looking sharp. It protects the phone well and is a very slim and nice looking case. It cracked after two-years of use, but was very simple to issue the warrenty replacement. I like the case in general. The only thing to complain is the case yellowed a little bit over time.

Had to replace it twice

This otter box case is beautiful, super sparkly and fun! But if you’re looking for a case that stays together and works well, don’t get it. I’m on my replacement and the case is separating again, like the first one, the frame to the back to the case

I’ve used this case for a few weeks and it hasn’t shown any signs of yellowing. I was concerned by some of the other reviews but ignored them and so far it’s been fine. I’ve dropped my phone from 3-4ft onto a wood floor a few times and it has protected my phone. If you want a clear case, this is a good option. I have no reason to give it anything less than 5 stars.

I bought this for my new phone and I am happy that I did. It is not bulky for my hands and my phone is secure for it is hard to take off. I enjoy that it is not easy to come off I feel my phone is safer this way.

I bought the clear case to show off the nice new blue color of my iPhone, but the case was incredibly hard to put on! I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to put on the case without cracking my iPhone. And I have no clue how to take it off.. The case on the iPhone is good, it doesn't feel as protective as Otterbox's other cases, but I understand it is the symmetry version. Next time, I will not be buying this case, I will stick with my usual Defender Otterbox.

We appreciate your feedback! We’re sorry that this Symmetry Series Clear Case was a bit stubborn during installation. Although a tight fit is required for optimal protection, it should not be a wrestling match to install and remove this case.
We have found that if you start with the top right corner (camera and power button corner) as you’re looking at the screen and work your way counter-clockwise around the perimeter, that installation and removal of this case will be easier.
