I debated getting the Joy Xtra as I already have a Maker but after a bit of research decided to get it as a Christmas gift for myself. I love it! It's easy to use and I don't need to clear a big area to make a few quick cards or projects.

Was very excited to finally get and use a Cricut for my crafting, and everything was great until I ran the Cricut Design Space app, which is required to use the Cricut, and it only throws generic errors and refuses to run. I've tried to resolve this for several weeks, trying everything I can find on the support site or elsewhere online and none have worked. Despite tons of people running into this issue there is no apparent solution to getting this software working on a Windows 11 PC, making the device useless.
If anyone from Cricut sees this, I am an experienced desktop software developer and would love to help get this problem fixed. If I can provide any info, testing, repro steps, or core dumps, please reach out to me. My order # is 182779901 to assist in looking up my order and contact info.

just got the joy xtra. never had or done anything like this. none of the programs are easy to use, cant really find step by step help for any of the things i try to do. getting very frustrated and want to send it back

The when working is great. It freezes up and gives codes every so often. But my big issue is the mats Suck! After awhile they curl up on the edges and make the corners wacky. Plus they are so expensive. I think the Corporation has become a bit greedy.

I am totally blown away with the capabilities this little, compact machine provides. The cuts are precise. The pen writes and draws flawlessly. The print then cut is out of this world! Totally blown away for a small machine weighing only 6 pounds. This machine definitely takes the Joy and makes it XTRA. I never tried stickers prior to using this machine, and I now found a new favorite thing to create. Thank you Cricut for this wonderful crafting machine!!!

Was so excited when this first came out! Was hesitant on purchasing as I already have an explore air 2. My main reason for purchasing was the on going calibration problems I have been having with my explorer air 2 for print then cut. I AM LOVING my new new Cricut Joy Xtra! She bring me a little xtra joy ;)! It comes in extremely handy since I love making stickers not only for my family and friends, but my small business. I love the ease, and the options of using a mat with regular materials, and now no mat with smart materials.
