My cricut doesn’t work haven’t even been 4 months I just opened it

This machine is amazing! My Maker3 went down and I was able to continue my projects and orders without interruption until my new Maker 4 arrived! The only issue I’ve had is the mat pulling in. It seems to be quite common- it’s finicky-I just have learned tricks over time to help with the fussiness of that. It is so easy to pack and take when I travel too!
I downgraded from an Explorer Air 2. I’m enjoying my Joy Xtra. I like that it’s compact, portable and just right for the projects I do for myself, family and friends.
I like the size of this. Unfortunately I need some one on one instructions! This isn’t as easy as it sounds. So many questions! I ask them on fb pages but no answers. Ugh
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great machine but eats my mat.

I bought this machine 3 months ago and still learning. I love the fact it’s so small and does amazing work. But, I’ve gone through 2 mats so far. That is the only fault of this amazing little mean machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wish I Could rate the Xtra…

I’ve had the Xtra for a few months and the day I took it out to complete a project….I couldn’t. The machine appeared to go through the steps to boot up then it wouldn’t connect….and it wouldn’t connect and again it wouldn’t connect. So the fault lies with Cricut and its site. I then moved to my Cricut joy and the same thing happened. I had to abandon my card project and buy a card. It appears that I wasn’t the only one having issues that day. It was the Cricut site and Design Space that were experiencing the issue and not allowing me to use the tools I pay for monthly. There was no notice on the site to make me aware there was a problem. I went into a couple of groups and realized quickly it was system wide. So, I am not able to rate the machine….just the service I subscribe to in order to use the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought my cricut joy xtra and am still trying to find out how to use it. I wish it was easier to navigate the how to do things, still have not figured out how to print messages on cards.

Cost, time to learn

Materials are costly and despite being a package I still needed additional materials to get anything done. It also takes hours of practice to hone your skills.
