Great in theory

I did a lot of research to find the right Cricut machine in my budget, but in the end, it just didn’t cut it (no pun intended). My goal was simply to make waterproof stickers for personal use, but it can’t cut through thermal laminate. Since I have shaky hands, self-adhesive laminate isn’t workable for me. Really disappointing.

Bang for your buck

I broke down and bought myself the cricut joy extra and an so very glad I did! Its not an explore or maker, thats for sure but it does almost as much as one does. My income, ir lack thereof, didnt allow me too big of a splurge but you get a lot of bang for your buck with the joy extra!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the machine but am having an incredibly difficult time using the App on my iPhone 16. I’ve spent hours on your Chat trying to get everything to sync properly and I’m hoping that today I will be able to make the 27 gifts I’d really love to get created for Christmas!! Fingers crossed. The machine is great for doing so many different projects!

Guides lack troubleshooting ideas

I am finding it difficult to print and then cut my own art designs. Not very happy right now but will continue working on it and hoping to find a breakthrough. Also, I do not have all the features described in the instructional videos even though I have updated several times, signed out and back in and followed all the other advice. Since key features are missing, I am guessing my product may not work as advertised or correctly.

design studio says i need a fine point blade, they do not sell a fine cut blade for joy xtra.
