Mat does not feed straight on most uses despite me unloading and reloading to try to fix the issue, it causes the mat to get caught and bend, mostly on the right side, every time.

worst mistake

got it for an early Christmas present. No instruction manual, just a quick guide. takes me forever, and my husbands help, every time i want to make some thing. it is all bluetooth and no buttons. Then I usually give up because I get frustrated because it doesn't do what I thought I told it to do. Can't even make a simple card. The design studio is not simple or user friendly to me. I feel like you need a degree in designing software to use it. Then if you want the cute stuff you have to buy it or subscribe to access. I feel like the only way I will ever be able to use this machine and software is to go to a college class. Haven't found any videos that help me, and Cricut videos go so fast I cant keep up.

Bundle ships separate!

Does not make sense to buy a bundle. Bought this was excited to begin all I have is the machine. The bundle ships seperately! What's the point. Spend the extra money buy it elsewhere!I might just send it back.

Calibration not accurate!

I already own the Cricut Joy and Maker so I was ecstatic to find out that Cricut came out with a machine prefect for sticker making. The main issue I have with this machine is the calibration. It took 8 times to finally get it correctly, in a process damaging my one and only mat.

Very disappointed in this machine. Definitely not worth the money I wasted on the machine or the materials. Already need new mats. Reusable stencils are a joke.

It's hard to find the options for vinyl to fit the Joy. I wish I had bought the larger Cricut that takes 12" wide vinyl.
