Does not stay cold

I bought this attachment in hopes of combatting inflammation but this attachment was horrible. It does not have the ability to stay cold because it uses power and fans to try and cool the attachment. Instead all it does is cause heat

I was advised to get a massage gun post-total hip surgery. This attachment along with ice compression has really helped with swelling and soreness! Highly Recommend!

I truly don't know how this works. I hear a fan, but that's all I know. I thought it would just get kind of chilly, but no. It gets COLD. It feels amazing on my bad knee after a workout, or even my wrist after a long day at the computer. Worth the price for sure.
