[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the heat attachment, you actually receive heat and vibration, but with the cold attachment, it's just stationary (no vibration) and really doesn't do a great job of applying cold pressure to pain areas. You're better off putting a bag of ice rather than using the cold attachment. Save your money and don't buy it.

Great attachment - definitely get this to unlock all of the Thergun's potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Theragun ProPlus and bought this along with it. Very, very glad that I did - it's a great addition to the system. Really gets cold, and alternating between the heat attachment and cold attachment helps out quite a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to use this attachment after massaging with the heat attachment. When mu back is a little swollen this helps a lot. I also use it on my face as an ice type roller singer when i'm in bed and too lazy to get out but love this. 10/10 reccomend
