I truly don't know how this works. I hear a fan, but that's all I know. I thought it would just get kind of chilly, but no. It gets COLD. It feels amazing on my bad knee after a workout, or even my wrist after a long day at the computer. Worth the price for sure.

I tried to ask about the compatibility of this attachment with the other Theraguns. Now I'm waiting to buy the Pro before I can test the functionality of the Pro Plus Cold Attachment

Essential Cold Attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this attachment for my Theragun Pro to address pain in my knees. It works great to reduce pain and swelling. Easy to use and gets cold immediately. I use it nearly daily and couldn't imagine not having is as an option.
