Died after 3.5 months. RIP 12-15-2024 - 3-31-2025

Initially, I was very happy with the Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover for Women. It worked much quicker than the older model, and I liked its size. I also emptied the head regularly. After using it about twice per week, it started to die, so I thought it was the battery. However, changing the battery didn't work. I tried a few different batteries from two different brands, but the end result was the same. The Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover for Women just wouldn't work any longer. I can't believe that it stopped working after 15 weeks, which equals about 30 uses!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need to be able to purchase replacement heads

Worked great but I need a replacement head and they don't sell any which means if have to buy a whole new shaver.

Your beauty routine should be flawless, Kris E. We have sent you an email. We are no longer manufacturing the older generation devices, or replacement heads. Replacement heads are not required with the newest version of our Flawless Facial Hair Remover, with the 360 degree ring light. With proper maintenance, the head of the new Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover device will not need to be replaced. The lifespan of the newest device is 1.5 to 2 years depending on use and maintenance.

Happily Used for Years

What can I say, I'm a hairy girl. When Flawless came along I was thrilled to finally have a hair removal tool for women that can be used every day. I've been using it for years now and will happily continue to do so.

Replacement Parts

Love this product. I bought a 2nd one. The reason for the 4☆ & not 5☆, is because I just want to buy replacement parts. I've tried several times. The universal ones DO NOT work. Why doesn't Flawless sell new pieces?

Great Little Beauty Tool!

I bought this to combat post-menopausal lip and chin hairs. This is great to help clean up in between laser treatments. It's quick and gentle on skin. Laser treatments were getting expensive and until I can afford them regularly again, this does the trick!

This Device Does the Job Perfectly!

I have used my Flawless for several years. I have tried cream hair removers and they smell, are harsh, and don't do any better. I need directions on replacing the battery please.
