Works amazing to start with but after 6 months it's useless!!!! Why is this still sold in stores? It's clearly a defective product. I would like a refund

Works but flimsy

Works all right but product is flimsy. The one I had before lasted me years, this one not even 24 hours. The rotating blade broke as I was trying to get hair out of it. No brush came with my tool like the last one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do not like the updated version of flawless hair remover. You don't have the option to get replacement heads for this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement heads please!!

I love this product but it needs replacement heads! It doesn't matter that I can clean and use it again. The head isn't built to last a long time.

Head won't stay attached

My original facial hair razor was wonderful but after a couple of years wouldn't hold a charge. I bought another one but the plastic head attachment won't keep the razor gear attached. The quality doesn't seem as good as the original design.
