I have had my Facial Hair Remover for years and love it. It does a great job removing the fine hairs and the occasional thicker hair. I've never had a bad experience with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been using it since it 1st came out. Love it so much that I also use the eyebrow one. It's way better than waxing , bleaching, plucking which are all the ways I have tried to control unwanted facial hair in the past, but harmed my skin more than anything else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't like the ring light

I bought this a couple weeks ago and I don't like it. I have an old Gen @ finishing touch flawless facial hair remover and I really like it. Bought the Gen 2 in July 2022 and wish I could find the replacement heads for it Then new one that is out now with the ring led light, don't like it the light isn't as bright as on the old Gen 2 ones. and the newer one just don't shave good it didn't get some of the hairs on my upper lip. I think they went up in price also

Painful and useless trimmer!

This newest version is the worst! I loved the first and second generation flawless trimmers and I even purchased extra replacement heads for the generation 2. This new version pulls hair and is extremely painful on the skin! I threw it out after trying it and want the generation 2 back with replacement heads instead. This latest version is horrible and extremely painful to use and worst of all, it doesn't work! Listen to your customers, no one wants this "new" version!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have bought 2 of them and both of them the heads stopped working after only a few uses. Waste of money. I wish it would work better because when it did work it was great.
