Motor works but head does not

I've purchased 2 of these recently. They work fine until I remove the head for cleaning. After replacing the head, the motor works but the head does not. The head is reapplied correctly and snaps in place. Batteries are new.

Great product

I just bought this product today and tried it and I like it. I like that it does have ring light. I'm glad that it doesn't need replacement heads because that was my worry. I just got to remember to clean it. The only thing I don't like was the price. 😓

This product works wonderfully! I read that it doesn't require head replacements, but has a 1½ to 2 year life span. I find this totally reasonable! Much cheaper than having dermaplaning done professionally.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Design

worked great for a couple of uses then stopped running, it was clearly clogged with hair, After taking off the head to clean, it still did not work. I disassembled the head, there was a build up of hair by the blades. Now I can not get the head to lock on the body again. Clearly something is out of alignment, though the motor will run now. If you are going to create a product that clogs by the blades so easily, then design it so that it can be put back together again! I literally used it twice!

Disappointing Stopped Working After a Few Months

Both my Facial Hair Remover and Brows device stopped working within a few months of purchasing. It’s really disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Motor doesn't last

Newest version is horrible, and you can't get brand name heads for the older version. The generic heads really weren't satisfactory, so I bought a new 4.0 6 months ago. Motor crapped out this week. I thought it might have been the battery so I replaced it, but it's making horrible noises and doesn't shave anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New blade system is the worst yet

These used to be great except for the fact that they kept changing the head design. But this new self sharpening blade is the worst. Please just bring back the older designs and stop changing head design. You fixed something that wasn’t broke and now it’s the worst
