Quit working after 4 months!

I bought the finishing touch flawless just this past March (4 months ago) and it quit working. I replaced the battery although I only used it a handful of times and it still doesn't work right. It's like in slow motion...not sure if it wants to go or not. I liked it at first but now????
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poorly made- quality stinks!

I have bought three of these- they work great for the first month and the. The head no longer fits correctly and does not rotate when turned on. Remove the head and the stem does move as expected! How about a replacement?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Motor works but head does not

I've purchased 2 of these recently. They work fine until I remove the head for cleaning. After replacing the head, the motor works but the head does not. The head is reapplied correctly and snaps in place. Batteries are new.

Great product

I just bought this product today and tried it and I like it. I like that it does have ring light. I'm glad that it doesn't need replacement heads because that was my worry. I just got to remember to clean it. The only thing I don't like was the price. 😓

I bought this facial hair remover back in 2017 , I absolutely loved it , it got all the hair off great and it was super easy to clean out . I bought 2 more in 2019 and 2021 but I realized i started to dislike the product because it was harder to clean out because of hair getting stuck in the blades , and It did not feel like the first one I had. I just felt something is off and I did not enjoy them anymore . My first generation wasn’t difficult getting the hair off because it didn’t have extra unnecessary blades .I do not like the double rings , nothing was wrong with the first one . If it’s not broke don’t fix it . I wish they would sell the first generations again.I feel like the double blade technology started ,making the hairs grow more blunt . I just feel like the extra blades were not needed , The first one was gentle and still effective and more simpler .

This product works wonderfully! I read that it doesn't require head replacements, but has a 1½ to 2 year life span. I find this totally reasonable! Much cheaper than having dermaplaning done professionally.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Design

worked great for a couple of uses then stopped running, it was clearly clogged with hair, After taking off the head to clean, it still did not work. I disassembled the head, there was a build up of hair by the blades. Now I can not get the head to lock on the body again. Clearly something is out of alignment, though the motor will run now. If you are going to create a product that clogs by the blades so easily, then design it so that it can be put back together again! I literally used it twice!
