Waste of money

I could not find the Original hair remover for the face, Bought this, Big disappointmet.Seems to "yank" out the facial hair. When it grows back in it feels stubbly. Bring back the old!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not for sensitive skin

Dulls quickly. Third use and this cut the side of my top lip in two places. This is the second one I have purchased. No clue way I am doing wrong but this does not feel good on my skin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gradually losing power despite replacing batteries

Loved this but after about 9 mos, it no longer works well. Seems to have gradually lost power until now head no longer rotates with only light pressure on my skin. I regularly clean it and put new batteries in but didn't help.

Never used-put battery in and does not rotate - light works - poor quality. If I wanted a flashlight I would have bought one - not this!!!!!

Great product

Works wonders for those pesky chin hairs. Only issue I had was any time I replace the razor head, it doesn't want to work properly. It slows down the spin of the razor.

Why change it?

This new one is horrible! Why change a good thing. Generation 2 was great. This new one is horrible and I can't find replacement heads for Generation 2 no where! On to a new product

I purchased this yesterday and after years of waxing .... I am very impressed from the first use! Easy, quiet and leaves a hair free face that anyone would love. Definitely worth the money...go for it!
