Original vs USB version

The only stores that have this online only. I wanted the original one that required AA battery. I was sent one with USB charging. How long does the charging last, how many uses etc. I only use on my face once daily. I don't want to go to use it and battery dead. Please advise and let me know where I can get the original one. Thank you
