Can’t find genuine replacement heads

Love product but can’t find flawless replacement heads. Can only find generic heads that don’t work well because they are dull and have weak power.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for reaching out to us, Tzonni. We have sent you an email. We are no longer manufacturing the older generation devices, nor the replacement heads. Replacement heads are not required with the newest version of our Flawless Facial Hair Remover, with the 360 degree ring light. With proper maintenance, the head of your Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover device will not need to be replaced. The lifespan of the newest device is 1.5 to 2 years depending on use and maintenance.

There has to be something better out there

I bought this a couple years ago and it works fine. I have to scrutinize my face after using because it misses a lot of hairs. I also have the brow one to try and get the stragglers but that doesn't always work. I believe my blades are getting dull and was looking here for replacements but apparently they've updated the unit & don't provide replacements for older versions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed

I bought this and it wasn't even cut the hair close. The very first one they came out with is the best one. But you can't even find that one no more. So I'm taking it back to get my money back. I am so disappointed

Have the paper from the purchase of my facial hair remover so that I can buy replacement heads and here I am and they are not even on the website listed on paper which is this site I am know writing this review. I need a new head. Tell me how to get one.
