Very disappointed

I bought this and it wasn't even cut the hair close. The very first one they came out with is the best one. But you can't even find that one no more. So I'm taking it back to get my money back. I am so disappointed

I bought this product 3 years ago and I still have it and it works. They had replacement heads back then, but I do not see it now. Great product.

I’ve loved this product for 10 years now it seems. Will have to stop using it for good if I can’t find REPLACEMENT HEADS. Way too wasteful to have to buy a new one every time the blade gets dull. Thanks for a good decade, Flawless, but you’re losing countless customers by not selling the heads anymore.

I change the batteries and now is not working , thd head is no moving . I open the head and us working without the head

No Replacement Heads for Original Product

I bought the 1st generation of this, and one for my daughter when it first hit the market. We have purchased multiple replacement heads that state they are “Generation 1” only to find they will not work. They DO NOT connect with the triangle drive because the head’s underside connection is not long enough to connect. Very frustrated!! Love the product but need new heads. So, since this company feels it is not necessary to sell the heads for the original product, I will purchase another brand, since this company does not support their customers.

I have used this product since Gen 2 and would not want to be without it! Excited for the newer model, as it doesn't have to have replacement heads. Get this now! You won't be disappointed!
