Flimsy. The top part does not work.

It does not work well and the top part, where hair removal happens does not work. It has been cleaned and still does not eork. I am disappointed.

Very disappointing product

This product works ONLY for a very short time. I have about a dozen of these useless devices lying around the house. I've kept them cleaned and with fresh batteries, but none of this works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't like new version

I've been using these facial fair removers for over a decade, I just tried the newest version and the hair doesn't cut as well or grow back as nicely. This is defintiely a downgrade. Why would you change something that worked so well for so long :( Wish I had stocked up on the previous version, the new version isn't worth buying

I have had one for more than 2 years now and it just stopped working all of a sudden. I have been trying to find one from this same brand, since it’s very effective and gentle on my sensitive skin. I’m so sad tho because I can’t seem to find it anywhere!!! Please bring it back, I need a new one.

Not strong enough even for peach fuzz! It even keeps stopping even with new batteries. Disappointing.

Love this product. Why can’t I find it. The other brands suck!! Help is girls out and bring it back,please. I am in need of new heads or a replacement for the one I have.
