Worked great when it worked

Worked great in the beginning but after only about 6 months is started running slow. I thought that maybe the battery was going so in went a new battery. That was not the problem as it fires right up when I turn it on but as soon as I touch it to my face it almost immediately starts to slow down until it finally stops. I've cleaned it religiously. Great idea and concept but this product needs a quality overall.

Nice product but short lived

My sister told me about this product and I bought one for myself. I used it 3 times before it stopped working. After each use I cleaned out the chamber which contains the hair. I love the product for its convenience but I am very disappointed it has such a short live span, and stopped working after 3 uses.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is easy to use

This product does not hold up very well. I have had mine for a short period of time and it quits all the time. I have replaced the batteries and cleaned it out and it still quits when I try to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t work as it should

I’ve used this for years. While it’s better than not using anything, it doesn’t truly remove the hair, it pulls hairs, sometimes the heads don’t fit properly so they fall off mid-spin. It’s very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good hair removal but, short lived device!

I have bought many of these in a short period of time because they don't last very long. I bought them before they claim to have improved that product and then I bought the new version and I have to say I prefer the old version with the option to use replacement heads and the new version doesn't even come with a brush. They only seem to last a few months or less. The last two I bought were only a few months apart because the first one lasted like a month and then the second one lasted a few months. I think they do this just so you will keep buying more because they do actually do a decent job of removing facial hair but, I'm not going to go keep buying these for them to only work for like a month or so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not impressed - so many issues before using unit

Just purchased your new generation Facial Hair Remover and before using it, I am underwhelmed:
1. No instructions included (how to open to access battery compartment) - just an A5 sheet with a QR code to scan and varios languages instructing this. Issue: QR code DOESN'T WORK!
2. Accessed this page to try to find instructions or link to instructions and read Q&A for more info.
Issues:
- Found false advertising - page claims Battery is included but packaging advises "1 AA battery required (not included)"
- Several responses to Q&A about battery compartment access refers reader to your 'How To' page, but there is no How To category for the Facial Hair Remover.
- Previous Generations included a cleaning brush for a unit that had replaceable heads (which was great) however this unit doesnt allow shaver head to be replaced but you advise to clean the head after heach use.
Issue: No Cleaning brush provided and you advise to use a cue tip (not a very effective cleaning tool for getting into the shaver unit to clear hairs.

I finally managed to access the battery compartment by sheer fluke and after much concern as to if I was going to break the unit.
