If I could give a 0 star I would. I have had 3 of these and this last one is a piece of junk! I have only had it for about a month and of only used it a hand full of times and it is already sounding like the plastic parts have worn out. You are trying to save money on manufacturing and in the process made a piece of junk that I will not waste my money in again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had gotten the shaver years back and loved it. Pain Free . Anna I loved the fact I can go birth up and down in my legs this is also Great, again Pain Free. Unless you go under your chin and catch it one the loose skin... Lol

Once you have to replace battery the face shaver doesn’t work . I bought two shaver’s and this happened both times. Waist of money .

Buyer beware!! This item is awful!

I bought my first Flawless razor about a year and a half ago and LOVED IT!!! When I finally lost it I replaced it with the new Flawless finishing touch… it’s awful.
In fact, it was so awful I bought a second one to make sure I didn’t just get a defected one…
The pros: it’s cute. The new sleek design allows for more discreetness as it resembles a tube of lipstick.
Cons: it’s LOUD!! It does not cut hairs as effectively as the original, I’ve experienced significant skin irritation, and it pulls hairs.
This product needs taken off the shelves and the original one needs brought back..
(As a side note, the version that you plug in to charge is just as terrible as the finishing touch)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have bought 5 so far the 2 for brows and 3 for face
They all suck
They don’t work very well once you change the head out they really don’t work right would not recommend
