My delivery was delayed for a few days because of the shipping company but they always answered my questions and they contacted the shipping company about the delay. The scooter is also so good. You can feel the quality of good material. I can happily recommend it to everyone.

Awesome purchase

I’ve had this scooter for a few months now, never had any issues with it despite the fact that during summer I used it as my daily commute to go work and get home, it makes your day start on the right side as you get breathe fresh air on your way to work. It’s also pretty cool to get out of the office and go for a relaxing ride. Love how portable this scooter is while having great advanced features like app connectivity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good scooter but poor battery life

Good scooter overall , ride is very smooth, however it has poor battery life. Had the scooter for 6 months the battery is dying already. Range is reduced and takes longer to charge. Bought this scooter brand new Apollo Air 23. I don't recommend this. Going to sell it to get a better one.

I researched too much about the Apollo scooter and I bought it from Best Buy the Apollo Air. The first impression is great if I ride on the road it is smooth, but on the way it is a bit bumpy also, I found the colour scrap off on the handlebar while unboxing which I felt was not a good quality check. Let's hope it goes well from here it is just two days from delivery. I am concerned about the range.

Great commuter scooter for $1100.

Had for about a week now.
The speed and range are just as described.
The ride is very smooth and comfortable.
On bumpier sidewalks it would be nice to have a little bit better suspension.
The tires are good.
35km/hr is perfect speed for beginner scooter.
As far as the water resistance rating; im not sure...
I went out when it was barely spitting, and i came home and my scooter leaked water for about 3 hrs, tiny little drips coming out.
The scooter seems fine, but i wont be riding it in the rain anymore.
Im happy with the scooter.
I paid $1100 for the Apollo Air.
If I had more money; I would really like to get the Apollo Phantom.
