The Apollo Air is well-built and the perfect size for my morning commutes. It has everything you need with a portable, sleek and minimalistic design.

I'm really amazed about the quality and comfort of my new Air Pro. I can easily cruise around the city and like the fact that it's not too heavy which makes it simple to carry around if needed.

GREAT COMMUTER SCOOTER!

I got my Apollo Air scooter about two weeks ago, and I LOVE IT. My normal commute to work is about 3.5km, which is just a little to far to comfortably walk (45 minutes), and a little to short to justify driving (7 minutes). I have biked it before, but I get all sweaty before work, and I'm not super comfortable on the street. With the Apollo Air, my commute is 15 minutes, I don't break a sweat, and it's super fun. Because it kicks off right away, I don't have to worry about wobbling in traffic to get up to speed like I do on my bike. It actually handles hills better than I expected it would, which is a bonus.
I added mirrors to the handle bars, as well as a bag to the front to carry my keys, wallet, etc. I also added a bunch of reflective tape to the deck and other areas to maximize my visibility to drivers.
My coworkers are jealous, and impressed at how fast it gets me to work. I love that I'm saving on gas, and not putting more KMs and wear on my car, given that it's already kinda old.

Every time I contacted Apollo I had a response within 1 or 2 days. I am 55 and I am really enjoying the Apollo City, it's a headturner for sure and hasn't let us down, everyone wants to know where we got it, how much it was, how fast it can go. It is amazingly fun to ride and to push it to see just how fast it can go! . It was easy to learn to use and I feel that IF anything does ever go wrong with it, I have a Great team of professionals ready to help solve any problem that may arise. Thanks Apollo Team!!

Best Entry-Level Scooter!

I bought this to get to and from work and university, and let me tell you -It's perfect. The ride is super comfortable and it handles bumps really well. It actually tops off at 35km/h, which is plenty quick for me, I mostly use it on bike pathes anyway. I fold it up and take it to class with me, but I also have a bike lock that works fine when places don't allow it in. I wouldn't completely replace my car for it. Like for winter and doing groceries, but for everything else, I've switched to the Apollo Air Pro.

Best beginner scooter ever!

If you're looking for a scooter with a sleek design that can get you from point A to point B, then this is the one! The handling with this scooter is way better and stable compared to other brands. Just don't expect too much power or range because, again, this is an entry-level/beginner scooter.

First off, I am not a scooter connoisseur and my purchase was a bit of an impulse buy to be honest. My space is too small to store a bike and I’ve been considering a scooter for a commuter device since I tried a rental one this past summer.
I went with the Apollo over others that I was considering at a local shop because it combined desired features of design, safety, positive reviews, and comfortable riding.
I have not taken the scooter for a ride yet but will update my review when I have more experience using it! That is unless I can’t get over some of my worries of using it around the city streets and bike lanes… and it’s too expensive to coordinate a return!
Overall, the quality of materials look and feel really great! I love the black and white design over the common greys you often see. I wish I could have seen it in person somewhere first because it’s heavier to lift than I imagined and won’t fit into the back of the car that I’ll likely need help transporting it with time to time.
The condition of the scooter is *almost* perfect, but I had to take some photos of some things I’ve noticed out of the box lastnight:
- The box had a small chunk ripped out but did not impact the interior foam or scooter
- The deck has dusty shoe prints showing signs of use
- The collar clamp is quite scuffed, as well as the stem where the clamp moves up and down has a bit of scraping present, also showing signs of use

I don’t think the product has been used outdoors, unless they replaced the tires to make it look new… but I think it’s a bit odd to have these signs of use showing on a new product that’s over $1000. A bit of a pet peeve, because I would rather be the one to create wear on a new expensive product instead of feeling like someone else did!
