decent sound, awful hardware and software

In order to get full control of this device, you need to download the Sennheiser app (which has a frankly ridiculous amount of data requests). It will also aggressively search for a device to connect to, and constantly override other devices on the same bluetooth network. Connecting to PC is also a nightmare that they ultimately recommend spending another $70 on a dongle to do so.
Sennheiser sold their consumer products division to a company called Sonova a few years back, and its clear that they are going downhill. I'll be looking for another pair from a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product has only been in my possession for two weeks and find them very enjoyable. Well worth the value.

Very easy to setup and the sound is great! The sound analyzer was also surprisingly good. ANC does the job perfectly for my needs, especially coming from never having had any headphones in this price range or with ANC before.
I would recommend this to a friend!
