Well i was gifted these from an audiophile he could not take the sound which in my ears they are really good the app kinda sucks but it does improve sound the EQ in the app could be better when you activate bass boost they get real muddy but bass boost is not necessary because these pack the bass. APTX works really well i was really surprised it worked at all. The presets suck do not even use them they are a disappointment. Now the ANC/ Transparency mode works so good i was shocked still kinda am.When i received the headset it was 30 percent batter it got me through 8 hours. Everyone is talking about these being not so comfy but i wore them all day and felt fine i did not even break a sweat in them they fit my fat head extremely well. These have a full rich sound far from audiophile quality but i hate hi-res headphones to me they sound poor. Now one little gripe the volume level is weird I have to put volume at max or just below to really feel the music I use a preamp and it really helps but even without the preamp they sound good enough but recommend using one. Well that's my take on the accentums and i highly recommend them.

I gotta tell u guys these headphones really meet my expectations for the price. I got em today guys the bassssss holy crap also noise cancellation is good not Excellent. The most shocking for me was built quality 10/10 imma tell u the truth these are way better than Sony WH Ch720n and if u r gonna buy these headphones then choose between Sennheiser Accentum or Sony WH XB910n for Budget Headphones.

With the app configuration ANC was straightfoward. The audio quality was great for the price. Pairing was a little bit tricky.

Broke very quickly

I've only had these for a couple of months and literally the day I unboxed them they had problems with my Google Pixel, with weird skipping and desync plaguing my time with them. I figured it wasn't a problem after it cleared up after maybe two weeks though (how a presumably software issue gets broken in and fixed is beyond me). Then about a week ago it started again accompanied with horrible popping sounds from the right ear and then suddenly it just now made a really bad popping sound and has constant static in that ear.
Now, I wear my headphones a lot so they're bound to have more wear and tear then the normal set but for $250 this is absolutely unacceptable when I rarely drop them and the fact they had issues from the moment I opened them.
They are very comfortable, I will give them that, the ear cups are soft as a cloud and they sit on my head all day without any discomfort. The sound quality is also fantastic. But again, for $250, the fact that they CAN just break randomly is utterly unacceptable!
Also, as far as I can tell you can't turn off the headphones in some way using the microphone. You can either have noise cancelling on, or you can have surrounding noise played in your headphones. You cannot, however, JUST NOT HAVE IT ON. So if you don't like noise cancelling and have long hair, prepare to be uncomfortable and to occasionally hear a sharp scratching sound when you accidentally bump the microphone while adjusting your hair.
So 4/10, can and will just break because it's bored and some of the decisions are baffling, but good ergonomics and sound quality if you enjoy gambling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great value for the money

The reviews were spot on in terms of the pros and cons of this product. I am really loving them and find them great value for the money I paid. Wouldn't hesitate tom recommend them to friends.

Bad bass

I bought these in July of 2024 and mostly use them to listen to podcasts on the bus. The noise canceling is pretty decent. Just tried to listen to a song with a fair bit of low end and they sound horrendous. My 3 year old AirPods sound better.
So podcasts/audio books = fine
Music with any low end = horrendous
Music with any low end = horrendous
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Insane wind noises

I don't usually give 1 star reviews because there's always something salvageable but unfortunately these headphones are entirely useless for me. The sound is great, they pair fine, the battery is good and the comfort just okay.
However, the ANC actually amplifies wind noises to a completely unmanageable level, making these near useless for me. Even a light breeze is enough to hear significant wind noises. I had wind noises from the metro aeration system! If it's actually quite windy, it is enough to almost completely drown out the music.

There is an option to reduce wind noise but it only mildly improves the situation. I tried to turn the ANC off completely but it doesn't actually do that, the ANC remains on. I tried to have the headphones on and the ANC off and there were amplified wind noises which stopped when I turned the headphones off completely.
It's too bad because the headphones are otherwise fine. They are just unusable for 90% of what I bought them for, which is walking outside to work or using transit. The wind noise is just so bad that I prefer to walk in silence. I use them for cleaning my place Saturday morning, I guess there's that!
