The AC seems to be cooling well, has low noise, and the installation wasn't too difficult. I haven't received the first electric bill; so, can speak to the energy efficiency of the unit. The controls work fine and are straight forward.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the second it turned on it only took a few moments to make the entire apartment cool down. Normally I don't do well in summer because I struggle with over heating and the AC never seems to help, but I haven't had to deal with that once in the entire summer this year!! It's kept the apartment at the perfect temperature for me the whole time.
