The best heat/ac unit I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be one of the easiest heat/ac units I've ever owned. It's got the ability to be controlled via wifi as well as by remote control. I've owned many units over the years and this one takes the cake by far. Well done GE. Well done indeed.

Won’t Heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the AC/Heater into a cutout in a room we were building. The AC worked fine but the heat is barely lukewarm at the 86 degree setting. Now we’re going to have to tear it back out of the wall and replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're glad to assist with the heating function of your air conditioner. Before you replace the unit, we have some tips we'd like to share that may help improve the heating.
Make sure there are no curtains, blinds, or furniture blocking the front of the air conditioner, as this can restrict air flow. Be sure to clean the filter at least every 30 days. When the air conditioner is first turned on, allow time for the room to warm up, especially if the room was very cold. It's a possibility warm air may be escaping. Check for any cold air returning.
You can also try unplugging the unit for 10 minutes and plugging it back in to reset it. If the unit still won't heat properly, please call 833-426-3393 for next steps.
