So far it does what it suppose to do,cooling is great,little noise, haven't used long enough for energy, installation was ok ,controls ok but only downfall is the numbers don't show bright enough

It is a powerful AC for my house. We bought it to help keep our house cool for triple digits summers. It also comes with heat as well…love this product!

built for me and my needs

it works great but takes a while to cool the room down, but once its cool it stays cool. im still trying to figure out the best temprature for my room. I cant wait to see how the heat will work. if i can ill post or edit this later to reflect how great it works. install was easy. almost a month installed here in Louisiana with temps at 96 or so. i cant complain. im happy with the product.

It is a bit of work to install but as long as the instructions are followed it fits like a glove. The cooling is amazing, my older unit went out for 2 days and 20 minutes in this one cooled the room down even colder than the last unit and with half the noise. This one comes heating so I'm excited to see how that works for the winter. The smart features on the app make controlling it so cool and futuristic as long as you're tech savvy with a smart phone but if not it does come with a remote to save headaches controlling it. The Eco settings are gonna make saving energy way easier. Overall it's a strong, but light unit to install for medium sized rooms with a bunch of features but most important, it cools amazingly!!

This A/C is wonderful and works great! It's easy to use and had so many great features but by far the just is being able to turn on the device and cool the house on my way home so when I get home it's cool. No need to chill the house when I'm not home all day.
