Very happy with the unit. Cools the house as expected. The unit is very very quiet which I am not use to. I run the unit in eco mode all the time.

Your air conditioner not cooling as expected can be caused by multiple factors including indoor air flow being restricted. Make sure there are not curtains, blinds or furniture blocking the front of the air conditioner. The air filter being dirty has a direct effect on the performance of this unit. Clean the filter at least every 30 days. Wash the filter using liquid dishwashing detergent and warm water. Rinse the filter thoroughly. Gently shake excess water from the filter.\n\nWe have also provided some additional troubleshooting tips for this unit not properly cooling on page 16 of the Owner's Manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--uESkloaA--/olahm3csc12czym1bt5n.pdf\n\n\nIf the tips provided do not help with the cooling performance, we advise taking advantage of your limited warranty.
