Great cooling power

Installation was easy with two people. You can feel the air flow across my open concept living and kitchen. The Alexa control is an added bonus!

Cools quickly.

I replaced my central air with this AC window unit. It cools my place quickly with colder air than my central AC.
I must say the expense of installing a 220 electrical plug was much higher than I expected.
The unit itself is very heavy and was difficult to slide into the window. Once it was in though it has a very secure fit and supported well.
The remote is rather basic and that may be because the unit has Bluetooth tooth connectivity. I would have loved a remote that at the vary least showed the temp settings. I haven't been able to enable the Bluetooth controls.
The aluminum box that holds the unit has some dents. Doesn't interfere with the operation but is the reason I can't give 5 stars.
The unit is quiet and is actually quieter than a misting fan I have. Actually impressed with how quiet compared to previous experiences with noisy units.
I've only been operating the unit for a couple of weeks but am very happy with my purchase.
I can't comment on the energy efficiency since I haven't received an electrical bill.
I have it set on eco mode with auto fan at 78° and it seems like it runs a lot less than my central AC. All the while keeping the home cool and comfortable.

Helped us finish up the winter

This unit does a good job cooling a very large area. Heating was not as good. We had to use an extra heater in the large room. Also I checked the temperature of the hot air blowing out of the unit and it was not as hot as the small infrared cube style 110 we were using. Noise level is ok. My electric bill was not as high as I thought it would be during the winter after using it. We got this late winter. Not sure how it will do when the temp is freezing outside. Overall I would recommend it.

Great efficiency

The installation was extremely easy. Installed in my workshop and the inside temperature was 90, within 2 hours the temperature dropped to 80. Exceeded my expectations.

Happy to have replaced an older unit

This unit was purchased to replace a larger window unit that had given out. The space is an old garage converted to a combination utility room bedroom. The A/C unit is keeping the room cool and noise is decent. We are very happy with the unit and its ability to keep the room cool.
