[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our LG LG STUDIO 1.7 CU. FT. OVER-THE-RANGE CONVECTION MICROWAVE OVEN WITH AIR FRY about two weeks ago and all I can say is WOW! It not only looks stunning with it's sleek, care-free exterior, but it performs even better than it looks. The microwave and convection functions are super-easy to operate and so powerful. The whole family has used them both daily and they do not diappoint! From amazing baked potatoes to steamed veggies, or simply reheating leftovers - the LG does it's job with style! Did I mention the cool accessories that come with the unit! All you need for steaming, microwaving, and convection is included - so thoughtful and appreciated. We were even able to rid ourselves of an unsightly toaster oven and regain valuable counter space in the process. LG has outdone itself on this unit. If you are looking for a multifunction kitchen "swiss army knife " - look no further!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave in 12/22. It has already broken down. They had to come in fix it. The air fryer is useless. It is limited to 1-9 settings and only two 2 servings. It doesn’t cook, definitely doesn’t fry/crispy. I also had to purchase the extended warranty, because it has fell within a 3 month period of purchasing the product.

Be aware that using the microwave to steam will lead to the stainless steel interior rusting. LG considers this a maintenance issue. So climb on a step ladder, remove the turntable and dry the entire inside every time you use it

Had been very happy with this new microwave for over a year, many good features. Today while warming coffee the machine started making an odd grinding noise and flashing lights also smelled an electrical burn. thankfully I was standing nearby and stopped the unit. The smoke continued and I head a noise that turned out to be a fire inside the unit. I don't think expecting my microwave to last 2 years without catching the house on fire is an unrealistic expectation.

I love the LG studio microwave!!

I bought this microwave in an LG Studio bundle and absolutely love all the features. Last night I steamed artichokes! The cheerful ditty as oppose to a buzz when the timer goes off makes me happy! I now have all white with rose gold handles that classes up my kitchen significantly.

Installation and Installer were great. Only Issue: I could not get through by phone, attempts to forward to the department were dropped. I ended up going to the store in person in my attempt to swuitch the delivery date from May 13th. On my visit the good news, was they had an earlier date in April available. Bad News: This would not have happened had I not personally visited the store. One would think someone, my salesman, would have alerted me the appliance was restocked earlier than reported. And my delivery date and installation could be earlier. He deserves a demerit for that poor part. BUT I am really pleased with the ultimate outcome
