This phone is similar to my last Samsung so it is easy for me to operate.
Don't like the minimum amount of message text on the locked screen and don't like that I can't delete multiple texts in one conversation on the text screen. These differences are lest sufficient then the last phone.

Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for everything from work to streaming movies and this phone has been great. User friendly and can handle me doing multiple tasks at a time. I have also taken some great pictures. Very satisfied with it.

Great Phone but can't add a SD card

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the phone. Its size and weight are great. The camera has great features. It has more memory than my Samsung A12 had BUT I couldn't bring my SD card over from my old phone and I worry that I'll run out of memory on this phone as well. I really don't like that!! I LOVE the fast charging but was disappointed that it didn't come with the fast charging wall plug but only with a very short cord. I had to purchase a longer cord and wall plug as well as a car charger since it does not have a USB end on the cord but rather C on both ends of the cord which can't be directly plugged into any of our cars.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first samsung in 8 years and sad to say I'm not pleased. The canera is blurry and I have to retake pictures a few times in order to get a clear picture which is really annoying.
The other features are alright, basically the same as the android I just changed. I don't care too much for the fact that my emojis are harder to find when using some app.
The battery also dies pretty fast. I am use to leaving my phone on 90% at night and waking up to it on 90% but this one loses 20% while I'm asleep.

The Phone of Potential Essentials

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is an amazing pick for beginners, who want to try out all the features that they have missed out from previous high-end flagships. It is sleek and powerful (not as robust as the current high-ends)- it gets the job done! The video/camera provides excellent detail without taking another retry due to the poor quality.
The phone itself is fast and responds quickly to the press of the touch screen. Be wary that multi-tasking can cause a hiccup- that usually goes away in seconds. For the video and streaming fanatics, this will depend on your cellular service.
Overall, this phone is a solid choice to upgrade from out of that mid-grade funk, due to the challenging cost of other high-end flagship phones. It is promised to keep you entertained without thinking about that dent in your cellular bill.
