It's very durable compared to my previous Samsungs. Galaxy AI is intriguing and the Wallet is so easy to pay with on my phone or Galaxy 3 watch. This really is a great phone.

The price is affordable if your on a tight budget. Sound is very loud so great for those who have bad hearing. Screen size is big & great lighting. The phone isn't slow. Samsung is the way to go. Connects to a lot.

A flawed phone

This phone has an extremely hard time connecting to the t mobile network. When trying to troubleshoot, t -mobile blames samsung, samsung blames t - mobile. I've worked with T-Mobile to refresh the network, clear the cache, go from a physical sim to the esim and I've worked with Samsung to bring it to there. Third party repair group, for them to tell me there's nothing wrong with the phone. In the meantime, for the last year and a half, I've been dealing with dropped calls, calls not connecting, my voice dropping while, I'm still connected and people telling me they can't hear me, voice text interpretation that is ridiculous, not to mention me giving up hours and hours of my time either on the phone with Samsung or standing in a t mobile store, all resulting in me stuck with this phone with samsung, not willing to simply exchange it. The current status is Samsung. Expects me to go back to the third party provider, have them confirm that it's broken and then send it to Samsung so they can look at it and confirm that it's broken, all the while I'm without a device, which they admitted could take potentially two weeks. In this day and age, who can be without a device for that amount of time? Samsung needs to step up. And simply send me a new device and allow me to send this one back after I receive the new one. I told the clerk on the phone. I am happy to pay for the device and have them credit me back when they receive mine. She would not do that. A major problem is that these frontline clerks have no power to really give the customer service that is truly necessary. Whether it's Samsung, T-Mobile, the cable company or anything else, these people are trained to be robots and just repeat a script.

Fantastically Awesome S23 FE Phone is mind blowing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my S23 FE for watching podcast, sharing podcast to social media, playing games, taking pictures, videos and most recently I was able to share a video that was downloaded and saved with a format from a DVR system facebook would not even take. It blew my mind to see how much clearer the video showed up recording it with the S23 FE than it did from original video on my 70 inch visio, which is also what I used to record it with the S23 FE. The speed of this phone is lightning fast no matter what I am doing with it, from downloading apps , gaming or sharing video's all happen without any delay or glitches. Using the camera is a whole new world in my opinion, especially the ability to put still shots into motion. The zoom ability and functions are so incredible to me already and I have just scratched the surface of using them. When I show my friends everything I can do with the camera they can not stop checking it out and when I tell them, that is just what I know how to do and show them all the functions their jaws drop. Bixby call answering I just started using but I can tell you that so far so good and unknown callers and scammers hang up pretty fast. The screen display is at the top of the line if you ask me and the automatic dim and brightening function works perfectly with everything I have seen it work with. Playing games is flawless and is like playing on a console if not better. I was sad I could not get the S23 Ultra, until my S23 FE arrived. Not one complaint.

Best One Yet!!! Samsung Galaxy has revolutionize!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first phone was the Galaxy Note and sinc3 then I've been loyal to Samsung amazing technology and performance. Now when I ordered the new Galaxy S23 Ultra I honestly didn't think to much on the new features because I couldn't imagine getting any other phone. Since I was in school the availability to multitasking and work as if the phone is a computer is life changing. The processing speed, the s-pen detail features, and the customization ability to conform to my need beat the other leading competition by far. However, the camera on the S23!!!!! Wow, remarkable and breathe taking. Honestly, I hate pictures and the struggle to get them clear and perfect. Galaxy as made it seamlessly easy. No need to focus over and over, it captures detail and quality effortlessly. Thank you samsung for now inspiring me to take pictures and memories of life's adventures. It really makes them more heartfelt when you can see every detail in the faces of family and friends.

Poor Battery life
