Update makes the phone freeze

Great value phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone as my everyday phone. Everything from the cameras to Samsung Dex works great. I updated from a galaxy S10e and everything was able to be transferred over no problem using the provided app. This cut down on the time it takes me to set up a phone by hours!

Easy to use and great features

Even with a cheaper price, it does not sacrifice quality, still has great processing speeds and amazing camera quality. If you are looking for a newer Samsung model and wanting a deal, this is the phone for you.
