[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had and continue to have problems with this phone. None of the biometrics have worked properly. The camera is slow. The touch response is not reliable.
I often find my notification sounds have changed on their own. System volume settings adjust without assistance.
But the Galaxy AI has been a fun addition.

We're glad to see that you are enjoying the AI features this phone has. We'll need to gather more information about what biometrics you are having challenges with. Your Galaxy device’s touchscreen is its center of navigation, so we understand how worrisome it can be when the touch function isn’t working properly. However, there are some simple ways to get the touchscreen working again when it’s frozen or unresponsive. Check out the link attached for options to troubleshoot your touchscreen's responsiveness. Regarding your volume changing randomly, reboot your phone by turning it off and on and recheck any relevant settings. Run the phone's Diagnostic Tool in your Samsung Members App and if that does not help then a backup followed by a factory reset may be the last resort before letting a Samsung Service Center have hands on. Reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can look into what you've been experiencing with the biometrics.

Great performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the galaxy note 8 and then the note 10 plus for more than 7 years and they've always been great for gaming and note taking.
I got a S23 FE recently and although it's on the cheaper side of the spectrum, the performance is not an issue with this one either.
