I don't know how many times I've dropped it since I got it for Christmas 8 months ago and it still looks and functions perfect. I have a bunch of apps, more than I've ever had before and it doesn't slow it down at all. I also like playing online games on it and it's so fast. Definitely worth it to pay a little more for so much quality. I've never had a phone hold up like this for this long. I'm sure it'll work great with the Galaxy AI. I'm going to try it out now.

Great battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life is great compared to older Android models. I constantly run the wifi and Bluetooth on without worry my phone is going to die in an hour. The camera is great and the Galaxy AI feature is helpful 👌 👍 👏

Terrible. I got one of these phones BRAND NEW and within the first week, the charger port stopped working entirely. I figured, "Okay, I'll just go to wireless charging," only for the phone to now randomly decide to not play my alarms and cause me to miss important events or times... Absolutely unacceptable. Biggest waste of my money AND time.

It lacks innovation.

One day I was talking with my friend about my galaxy S23 ultra, and we took some pictures to see the differences of quality between my S23 and his S20 note. Our surprise were that his pictures has better quality than mine.

Takes great pictures, fast processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. Galaxy AI is the by far the best feature on the phone. The way its used and the advance technology used for it is brilliant! (I dont know if that makes sense but overall galaxy AI is amazing)
2. 100x Zoom is an amazing camera feature. I never thought that i will be zooming 100x on any device in that matter!
3. S pen is a really cool thing to ise when you are bored or you want to make a note in the fastest way possible! Also the Air Actions feature is really inovative to make Samsung users be more entertained!

I love this phone so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would be completely lost without this phone! I love everything about it, especially the Galaxy AI features! The only thing I have an issue with is when you are in an area that doesn't have 5G, the data will become very slow and sometimes won't work at all. Which can be very frustrating. Other than that, I have no complaints. The camera is incredible, especially taking pictures in low light. I couldn't ask for a better phone. There isn't much difference between the regular s23 so it's worth it to buy this one if you're looking to save some money.
