[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my 23 for over a year now. No scratches or cracks even tho I've dropped it a few times. The battery is still great with long life and the camera is super cool! Galaxy AI is a great tool. I love that it can almost read my mind sometimes!
Been with galaxy since the 3 came out and will continue on. They just keep getting better. I can't wait till I can upgrade to the 24!
From homeschooling to needing never to muss important calls and messages about a child with brain injury my Galacy never let's me down. I can play, work, listen to music, log my workouts, and keep up with my health!

I like this phone overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI works okay but often times it will just turn on without me even trying to use it. The touch sensitivity is not so great even when I've tried to adjust it. The ID blocker hasn't been removed on my phone even though I've tried and some people won't take my calls because it won't show my own number. Also sometimes it will freeze when I am using apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had other brands of phones but samsung is always the top. I love the UI. I can pretty much do whatever I want with it. The camera is immaculate. Streaming and watching videos is incredible. I can hardly think of any cons to the phones themselves.

The firm factor is perfect for quick one hand use, while also being large enough to comfortably hold while gaming. The large, bright ultra responsive screen is great for videos and gaming. I was skeptical at first, but the new galaxy AI is a GAMECHANGER. It makes so many tasks super easy and intuitive, including taking perfect pictures, smart home device control and live translation. With an amazing battery life, best camera money can buy and powerful processing, this phone is still one of the best you can have.

Over all good but some complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Processing speed great. Memory good battery life pretty good.. but even though I always use a case and screen protector, when taking my phone out of the case it is obviously falling apart.
I feel like the signal strength on my s9 was better. Also. When it's searching for signal now, I feel like I can feel it in my hand.
I miss the old audio plug my s 9 had.
I really like all the functionalities of the phone, it works very smoothly.
My only complaint is the keyboard and the period button making periods in search bars.
Overall great experience I just wished it lasted more than a few years for how much it cost me.
