Product needing help on solving log(s)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great phone but I'm currently having issues with my phone and it being controlled from outsides sources. When I go to my log views to inspect, I'm noticing a lot of controlled issues done by someone else which concerns me greatly and have no where to turn to for help. I'm needing so.ewhere to go that can help with this issue and help solve this problem to track down and hold those responsible.
