Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. Sometimes Wi-Fi problems are caused by simple network issues. Other times, you may need to take additional steps on your phone or tablet to ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable, such as re-adding the connection or assigning a static IP address. Not compatible with many apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for work mainly but I wear hearing aids and am to use an app to help adjust the volume and the surroundings. But the app isn't compatible with this phone.

You can configure settings to help you interact with your device’s sounds, including captioning, sound balance, and hearing aid support. The devices covered by the User manual are hearing aid compatible and have these Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) rating(s): FCC ID - A3LSMS711U; HAC Rating - M3/T3 (2011). From Settings, tap Accessibility > Hearing enhancements and tap an option: Real time text: Activate real-time text (RTT) calling. Live Transcribe: Use the microphone to record speech and convert it to text. Live Caption: Automatically caption speech in media played on your device. Caption preference: Configure closed caption and subtitle services. Sound notifications: Receive alerts when the device detects a baby crying or a doorbell. Hearing aid support: Improve the sound quality to work better with hearing aids. Amplify ambient sound: Enable this feature and connect headphones to your device to amplify the sounds of conversations. S23 FE Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung phone for basically everything. I am a disabled vet. So I use it a lot. When I drive for my directions and to voice text my responses. I only play a couple games on it so that it's kinda huge feature for me. But I do have to say I have even been complimented by family members on the fantastic pictures. That shut phone takes my only complaint about this phone. Is that the voice to text is absolutely horrible. And you think I was talking to a two-year-old when it's trying to repeat what I'm saying.

Over time, Bixby will learn your habits and interests so it can better assist you. If Bixby is not responding to your voice, here's how to solve the problem and start communicating again. 1. Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Apps. Tap the filter icon (it looks like a check mark with three horizontal lines), and then tap the switch next to Show system apps. Tap OK. 2. Swipe to and tap Bixby Voice. 3. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache. 4. Tap Clear data, and then tap Delete. Bixby will be refreshed and ready to chat again. Best bang for your buck!

I returned the Poxel and got the S23FE. Best decision I've made. In the so-called "budget" class of phone, the S23FE is heads and shoulders above anything else.

Great phone for everyday

However, I will say once in a while I will receive glitches like touch not responding which is fixed by turbibg phone off and on. Rarely happens but when it does can get annoyibg.
